No idea what these bad reviews are talking about. Brought in a dented wide wheel for my RS from a pothole Thought it was simply bent but to my surprise when I came back to get it, the guy at the front told me they found a crack. They were able to quickly weld, smooth and completely fix the wheel and it took maybe 30-40 min. I came back yesterday with a new set of (5) RF11’s to have them mounted and balanced. Waiting on them now and super excited to see them! Their prices are fair and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in or near Charlotte. I’ll post another review once they’re all done and show you their work. These things are gold/bronze and perfect. Any damage would be extremely obvious and I’m confident there won’t be a single scratch

Christian did a wonderful job today. They were able to get me scheduled within a day to get my scratched wheel fixed. He was very patient as I had some questions on future maintenance. I highly recommend as they come to you. Fast, friendly, and reliable service.

No lights were on when I dropped off or picked up my car. After driving home and going to work the next morning the TPMS light began blinking, then went solid. It does this each time I start my car now. I checked the tire pressure of all tires and they were perfect. I called and let them know the TPMS light is on now and was told if no light was on when I left, the issue was likely caused by me. So I love the outcome of the work, but the customer service leaves alot to be desired. Below is my original review from the day I drove off the lot. They do exceptional work here. Took a little longer than expected but the outcome is much better than I could have imagined. I’d bring another vehicle here for work in the future. They are reliable, trustworthy and do excellent work.

All the stars! Fixed my rashed Mustang GT wheel in under 45 at my home and looks like new. You'd never know it had been damaged. Great price, service, on time, great communication. Will definitely use again! Highly recommeded.

Excellent Cutomer Service and work. I had a bent alloy 20 inch rim and I wasn’t sure if anyone could repair it. I had hit a pothole and the inside of the rim bent, as the pictures show. I made a phone call to Alloy Wheel Specialist and they said that they’ll have to look to ensure that it could be fixed. When I arrived, Luke greeted me warmly, and after a brief discussion, I showed him the rim. He advised that he felt pretty sure they could fix my rim. I left the rim there and picked it up the next day. I will say that this company and Luke do an extremely good job and after I receive the rim back and inspected it, it looked just as it did prior to the damage. I know they have many other services. They perform with powder coating, coloring and just bending rims, but I think they did a phenomenal job on my vehicle and would probably be able to work with most dents or bent alloy rims. Extremely happy with their customer service, the skill and the technology. They saved me money. The rim that they fixed would’ve been twice as much as the repair that they did. I appreciate them for working me in quickly and now the vehicle is driving just as it did before. Thanks again for a great job
